In the Tank
After three weeks of suckouts, bad beats and generally shitty play on my part, I'm holding out from poker until this weekend, when I make my triumphant return for a home game.
It seems I've adopted a new, improved, tight-weak style of play. It's a blast; you don't play many hands, and the ones you do play, you fold right away. Try it some time.
In the meantime, I've been reading some Theory of Poker. I think it'll straighten my game out, but most of all, I need to stop listening to my instincts; they're killing me at the tables.
